Orders are confirmed only after payment is received via our approved methods (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.). Shopander reserves the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across Bangladesh via third-party logistics. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed information. Eligible returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

6. Product Use

Shopander is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper or unsafe use of products. Please follow user instructions provided.

১. সাধারণ নিয়ম

Shopander.com-এ প্রবেশ করে এবং সাইটটি ব্যবহার করে, আপনি আমাদের এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলী সকল ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

২. পণ্য ও মূল্য

সকল পণ্য স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল। মূল্য, অফার ও ছবি পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

আপনার অর্ডার কেবলমাত্র পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর গ্রহণ করা হয়। আমরা Bkash, Nagad, Rocket-এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি। সন্দেহজনক বা অসম্পূর্ণ অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।

৪. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পৌঁছে দিই। অবস্থান অনুসারে ডেলিভারি সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ধর্মঘট বা কুরিয়ার সমস্যাজনিত বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

দয়া করে বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য আমাদের Return & Refund Policy পেজ দেখুন। পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
