🔁 Shopander Return & Refund Policy (for Bangladesh)
✅ Return Eligibility:
We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your order if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You provide photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery.
❌ We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, used products, or minor color differences due to lighting/screen display.

💸 Refund Process:
If your return is approved, we offer the following options:
Full refund to Bkash/Nagad/Rocket within 5–7 working days
Exchange or replacement (based on stock availability)
Voucher or store credit for future use (optional)
🚚 Return shipping cost will be covered by us only if the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged item). Otherwise, the buyer pays for return shipping.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
Beauty or hygiene products once opened
Clearance or sale items
Perishable or damaged by misuse
🔒 Policy Protection:
To prevent abuse, repeat return requests from the same customer may be reviewed more strictly.

Please record unboxing video for your order. It helps protect both buyer and seller in case of disputes.

✅ রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা:
আমরা পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করি যদি:
আপনি ভুল পণ্য, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ডিফেক্টিভ পণ্য পেয়ে থাকেন।
পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে, এবং পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকে।
ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনি ছবি/ভিডিও প্রমাণ পাঠান।
❌ শুধু মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে, ব্যবহৃত পণ্য বা হালকা রঙের তারতম্যের জন্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয় না।

💸 রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি:
রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে আপনি নিচের যেকোনো একটি পছন্দ করতে পারেন:
পূর্ণ রিফান্ড পাবেন Bkash/Nagad/Rocket এর মাধ্যমে, ৫–৭ কর্মদিবস এর মধ্যে
এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট (স্টকে থাকলে)
ভবিষ্যতের জন্য ভাউচার বা স্টোর ক্রেডিট
🚚 ডেলিভারির ভুল হলে ফেরতের কুরিয়ার চার্জ আমরা বহন করবো। অন্যথায় গ্রাহককেই বহন করতে হবে।
⚠️ যেসব পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়:
বিউটি বা হাইজিন পণ্য (একবার খোলা হলে)
ক্লিয়ারেন্স/সেল আইটেম

নিয়মিত রিটার্ন অনুরোধকারী গ্রাহকদের অনুরোধ আমরা অতিরিক্ত যাচাই করতে পারি।
পণ্য খোলার ভিডিও রেকর্ড করুন। এটি কোনও সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতা উভয়ের জন্যই সুরক্ষা দেয়।
